Bridal À La Carte

Makeup application including false lashes for bridal party members & the mother’s of the bride/groom.

Includes spot concealer, mascara [upon request], blush, and lipgloss for the smallest of your bridal party.

Appointments/Timelines starting before 7:00am will include an early start fee. This ensures on-time, professional services while respecting the schedule and preparation required for early-morning appointments. {ex: 6am start time = $25, 5am start time = $50}

Policies & Fees
Carefully read through all policies and fees before inquiring. Once deposit is paid and contract is signed, both parties are in agreement to all stated policies and fees on this page.

TRAVEL
A set travel fee is applied to all scheduled sessions. This travel fee covers total hours spent traveling to and from the requested location from Humble, TX.
Travel Time Charge: Travel time is calculated based on round-trip hours (to and from your event location). For example, if it takes 3 hours to get to your location, you will also be charged for the 3 hours it takes to return home, totaling 6 hours of travel time.
Hourly Rate for Travel Time: Travel time is billed at $50 per hour. While traveling, the artist is unable to perform other client work or commitments, leaving it necessary to include travel time in addition to the service price.
Example: Dallas travel time = 3 hours & 27 minutes = 7 hours of travel = $350 travel fee
The Client is responsible for all parking, valet, and toll expenses incurred by the Artist(s) on the day of the event. For hotel bookings, the Client must arrange for pre-paid or validated parking. If parking is not pre-paid, the actual cost will be added to the final balance or must be reimbursed in cash on the day of the service.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable and non- transferable (at Artist’s discretion) deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final wedding day balance. This is required to secure your date on your Artist’s calendar and is non-refundable and non-transferable as the Artist completely blocks out the hours needed to complete all glam sessions scheduled for your day.
**Please note that your date is not officially reserved until this signed / initial contract and the deposit are received. In the event of a cancellation by the Client, this deposit is retained by the Artist as liquidated damages for reserving the date.
THE LITTLE DETAILS
Entire wedding party: Here are a few ways to prepare for makeup application to ensure a smooth, consistent base:
1. Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Please remove all traces of mascara or eyeliner from the night before.
2. Exfoliate your skin 2-3 days prior to your appointment to remove dry patches / dead skin. Moisturize well the day of but avoid any heavy oils or new serums.
3. If you plan to have your brows waxed, please do this service about a week prior to your makeup service date. This gives the skin time to calm down a bit.
4. Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your session. Hydrated skin is the best skin prep!Max amount of services: The number of services able to be done is heavily dependent on timing. Please see references above to determine if an additional artist(s) may be needed. Paige Celeste / CLST Aesthetic Studio is not responsible for additional Artists booked separately.
Final Payment Deadline: The final remaining balance for all services, including any travel or early morning fees, is due in full 7 days prior to the wedding date. Failure to submit final payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit. No payments, besides tips if given, will be accepted on the day of the wedding to ensure a seamless environment for both the Client and the Artist.
Brides, or booking parties, are responsible for payment to Paige Celeste / CLST Aesthetic Studio for all services to be provided for the wedding day and for the wedding party. Wedding party members can pay the bride, or booking parties, if all are paying separately.
Punctuality & Late Arrivals: To ensure every client receives the full time and attention they deserve, please arrive on time for your scheduled session. A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a late fee of $25 will be applied. For every additional 15 minutes of delay, an additional $25 will be charged. If a client is more than 45 minutes late, the artist reserves the right to cancel the service to remain on schedule for subsequent bookings; in this case, all deposits and fees remain non-refundable.
Reduction/Increase of Services: The final headcount for services must be confirmed at the time of booking. While the Client may add additional services (subject to the Artist’s timeline and availability), the total balance cannot be reduced after the contract is signed. If a member of the bridal party cancels their service, the original quoted price for that service remains due in full.
Safe Working Environment: The Artist requires a safe, well-lit, and smoke-free environment with access to power outlets and a table/surface for setup. The Artist reserves the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, if they encounter a hostile or unsafe environment, including but not limited to verbal abuse, harassment, or threats from the Client, bridal party, or guests. The Artist also reserves the right to refuse service to any individual showing signs of contagious illness or skin conditions that may compromise the health and safety of the Artist or equipment.
Wedding Cancellations & Reschedules: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Because the Artist turns away other potential bookings to reserve your date, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellations 90+ days before the wedding: The deposit is forfeited, but no further balance is due.
Cancellations 30–60 days before the wedding: The Client is responsible for 25% of the remaining total service balance.
Cancellations less than 30 days before the wedding: The Client is responsible for 100% of the remaining total service balance.Rescheduling:
If the Client requests a change of date, it will be treated as a cancellation of the original contract. A new contract and a new non-refundable retainer will be required for the new date, subject to the Artist’s availability.
Artist Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Artist is unable to perform services due to extreme illness, injury, or unforeseen emergency, the Artist will make every reasonable effort to secure a qualified replacement stylist/artist of similar skill and style to fulfill the terms of this contract.
If a suitable replacement cannot be found, the Artist will provide a full refund of all monies paid, including the non-refundable deposit, within 5-7 business days. The Artist’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this agreement. The Artist shall not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the Client (e.g., travel, last-minute booking fees with another vendor) resulting from the cancellation.
ONCE DEPOSIT IS PAID AND CONTRACT IS RECEIVED WITH SIGNATURES THE BRIDE, OR BOOKING PARTIES, AGREE TO ALL POLICIES AND FEES. <3
